1. Written Examination (Almora, Dehradun, Rurkee, Rudrapur, Srinagar)

2. Physical Test:

• 800 Meter Race in 3 minute for male
• 600 Meter Race in 3 minute for female

• Long Jump for male: 3.00 meter
• Long jump for female: 2.5 meter

• High jump for male: 1 Meter
• High jump for female: 0.75 meter
